Cherry-licious anti-inflammatory smoothie
I've been having a crazy Fibromyalgia muscle flare up & spasms in my rib area lately. Dr wants me on more drugs, but I refuse, hence this blog. Acupuncture is helping take the edge off, but I'm hoping this Cherry-licious Anti-inflammatory Smoothie will help take down some of the swelling.
Blend all together: A lot of frozen black cherries Splash of blueberries 1 frozen banana Water Ice
